Warm up this winter with a hands-on workshop that focuses on building rich, flavorful stocks and turning them into comforting homemade soups. Our Chef will guide guests through the basics of stock making including choosing bones and aromatics, seasoning properly, clarifying and storing for later use.

Then, guests will prepare two classic recipes: a homestyle chicken noodle and a silky chicken velvet soup.

Guests will taste both soups along with gourmet grilled cheese prepared to complement the flavors. Class will end with a warm spiced pear crumble to round out this cozy and delicious winter experience.

Ticket includes all food and guided instruction.
