Get ready for game day with a class packed with tailgate favorites! We’ll start with smoked jalapeño poppers, then get hands-on with perfectly cooked and crisped wings and a grilled street corn salad, with plenty of tips and tricks along the way.

After the cooking, sit down to a full tailgate-inspired meal completed with baked potato salad, and warm smoked apple crisp for dessert. You’ll leave with recipes and techniques you can use for your next tailgate, cookout, or game-day spread.
