Celebrate the height of Indiana tomato season with a hands-on cooking class built around one of summer’s greatest ingredients. Together, we'll prepare a menu featuring a fresh Caprese salad, chilled gazpacho, the ultimate BLT, and a sweet corn salad while learning simple techniques that bring out the best in peak-season produce. We finish the evening off with blackberry cobbler and recipes to take home!

Whether you grow your own tomatoes, shop the farmers market, or simply love summer cooking, this class will give you practical skills, seasonal inspiration, and recipes you'll want to make all season long.
